For Assassin's Creed Odyssey, I think around 200 hours should be enough for all missions and DLCs. For Skyrim though, I think it would take another 200 hrs. In Skyrim, you can pursue the main storyline and finish the game pretty fast, but that's not why it's still popular even after 8 years though, its world calls you to explore. Origins was a fun game, but it was geared for a completely different demographic, and Odyssey even more so (although I haven't played the latter.) I didn't like Syndicate. It felt wrong and the writing was just damn cringey. Assassin's Creed can be great at being Assassin's Creed. It's not so good at being Dark Souls and The Witcher. That said, I finished Odyssey but never 100% finished Odyssey (200 hours with DLCs) and I still consider the latter to be the better value - it improves the rpg elements a lot. The plot in Origins is slightly better. The gameplay and everything else is better in Odyssey. Also Odyssey is before Origins chronologically Gave me a 5-8 FPS difference into the intro area. Not sure about the rest of the game. Some people report that optimization isnt good in this game, though they have released a patch (1.0.2) and plan on a second one soon (1.0.3) Running pretty much the exact same as Origins fps wise on my system which hasn't changed. Black Flag is an immersive open world game where you have the freedom to go wherever and do what you want (once you pass the intro stuff and get a ship). Much better ship combat than Odyssey. The graphics hold up well for it's age, especially the water, although it is surpassed by Odyssey of course. StopItStepBro Dec 29, 2020 @ 7:21am. They're honestly two different games. Origins ties itself closer to the assassins creed title while Odyssey is something more of it's own thing, an ancient greek RPG game. Buy Origins for a newer take on the assassins creed games and buy Odyssey if you want an interesting take on an open world RPG. Origins is so much better polished imo. The last entry to still feel like an actual Assassin's creed game with no so bad a story. If you are an assassins creed fan then origins all the way. If not then try odyssey. Odyssey as a assassins creed title is a disgrace but is rather a good standalone game. Odyssey: Eagle Vision. Eagle vision is probably one of the worst when it comes to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Apart from the horrible compulsion of having to rely on bird-companions to detect targets, the bird itself has been changed to a raven instead of an eagle in Valhalla. Furthermore, the player also needs to pinpoint the location by XjukT.

is assassin's creed origins or odyssey better
